There is always some company running a deal on Groupon. You could get them sent to your work address as well. I've gone through Groupon twice and it's been a pretty easy process.

You can get a prescription from a real doctor confidentially online and they send the pills through the mail. As someone else suggests, you could have them sent to a work address or a PO box.
With the availability of a generic now the cost is way down. When I go to the pharmacy I get a dozen for $4 or something like that. Don't know what it would cost to the website but I wouldn't think you need to file insurance.

You could go to a different pharmacy, in fact GoodRX will show you prices for several pharmacies and then do not sign up for ready alerts from Pharmacy. Ask Doc for higher potency then cut in half, saves $. Before you go to Doc check GoodRX for best price for mg and number of pills combination. There is a drop down menu for various potency and number of pills per prescription and prices vary. I just asked my Doc for the combination I wanted and said it was because of best price.

I got my last 30 tablet fill of 100 mg sildenafil at Kroger about 9700 West 116th in Fishers. $20.00 for 30, best price I found in Indy!
