I didn't realize until afterward that she was using coconut oil for lube. That stuff breaks down and weakens condoms just like any of the other oils that you aren't supposed to use with latex. Luckily there wasn't a blowout, which is surprising since I didn't go for the "slow and gentle" approach.
Tip: If a provider lubes up with coconut oil, the condom is very likely to break!
