Did the same thing to me. Spent a couple of hours texting, arranged a time, I showed up and sat in the lot for a while waiting for a response -- I'd gotten a text like 10 minutes before I arrived. I reckon someone could still find the same cool, easy going personality and dedication to quality / satisfaction as she's been credited for in the past.
