He had the number when he first setup FB. Then switched out the number. The provider gets the d number when she got her phone. Recycling numbers happen all the time; I used to get bill collector calls for a "Holly" when I first got my current number.

There have been many reviews of Laceyfoxx lately and I, one of her regulars, am going to do another review of my recent experiences.
