I guess I go abit over board when it comes to research and it appears this guy TOFTT, according to his review. I frequently use reputable agencies because they have already instituted a policy that whomever they represent is on point and guaranteed no drama. I like this because I feel that a "company" has a vested interest in maintaining a reputation and I can book with confidence.
