Update: Met with her, she was real, had a nice brunch and went back to her place. She is a first time poster on CL and seriously has NO idea of how things run. Didn't know what a cop-check was, didn't understand why it was needed, and wanted everything wrapped. Needless to say, we did not come to meeting of minds.
