I was wondering though - I'm sure you'll have a positive reputation with the service as well as the girl after the initial date but how does using either of them as a reference work outside of that circle? There are a couple hot independent girls I'd love to see but I just don't have the street cred.
To break into the hobby I need to not be so picky and think of the initial meeting as an investment I guess. =/

I don't know much about P411 (I've been meaning to join but haven't gotten around to it yet), but I suspect that it works the same way.
For Date-Check, each member provider who you've seen "verifies" you. As a hobbyist, all I've seen is the notification from Date-Check that I have been verified (and there's a page there associated with my account that I can see a listing of all the providers who've verified me).
A provider friend I talked about this with told me that for the providers, the verification entails a bit more information than what we hobbyists see. Two of the more important questions the provider answers are "Is he LE?" (or some variation of that question) and "Would you [the provider] see him again?", but there are a few other questions (I think), plus a "long answer" section where the provider can elaborate in more detail about your appointment.
The next time you see a Date-Check member provider you haven't seen before, you give her your member ID there; she can look you up and see all of your other provider references, including all that information that the other provider(s) left about your session together.
Obviously, there's less of an advantage for seeing ladies who aren't Date-Check members, though I have found that Date-Check has worked for me as 1) a source of provider leads when I'm traveling somewhere, and 2) as a listing of ladies I have seen, and their contact information, so that I can contact them directly for a reference when I'm wanting to see a provider who's not a Date-Check member. And when I see one that isn't, I usually mention the service and the advantages of belonging to it sometime before I leave.

I thought they may be worth seeing so I did some checking and think I'll pass. I did a check on TER found info on Jordan but no Danni. The Jordan girl has a site and reviews on TER with same PH#. The reviews do not look that good to me no GFE, dosen't always do mutiple pops, and most say she dose a CBJ and FS but it's pretty much hurry up and get done I got things to do. So I guess it's YMMV but the historical data aint that good.

I would love to see a beauty like these ladies, but I also would do a lot of research. Another thing I have done, is ask them for a site where they have reviews. Most ladies are happy to provide that.

I have seen a Jordan friend in the past, as well as Jordan. She can be trusted and the friend I saw, Natalie, was worth the time as well. I plan on looking into this.

Danni is a new service provider (according to her, my friend was the first to have a dream with her), so expect her not to be very skilled. But she's one cute tattoo-less spinner which definitely makes up for that!
Danni was also so nervous that she requested that Jordan double with her. When he dreamed about getting a cbj from them, Jordan's "skill level" is clearly ahead.
On the negative side, they both smoke.
