Two things to note with V & C:
Face flushing & congestion are much reduced for me if I take them on a totally empty stomach, like ideally 1st thing in the morning or not having eaten for at least 3 hours.
Avoid grapefruit or grapefruit juice as it messes with the way the pills work. I thought this was a joke when I 1st read it so researched & it is true. One source said to avoid grapefruit products for at least 72 hours before.

I have been trying Tramadol lately to make me last longer. The dose I should use is a little ambiguous from what I have read, on this site and other reputable online sources. I think I am at 50 mg, and trying to take it an hour before.
I have been using generic V for quite some time when seeing my sugar baby. My dose of that is 100 mg, advised by my urologist. A couple of times recently, after I had been actively engaged w / her for at least a half hour total, and likely about 20 minutes+ of actual intercourse, I have lost my erection. In one case I was able to regain it by a lot of vigorous stroking, in the other I couldn't really get it back. I am wondering if there is any other similar experience out there, and advice / solutions about that.

Tramadol, like other opiates, will dull your experience. There are safer ways to last longer with fewer side effects.

I got tramadol left over from a bottle my vet gave me.
If there truly were something that was so effective, it would be much better known. Tramadol is discussed here, I hadn't realized that it has these effects until I read it here, I haven't seen much other stuff discussed.

Us hobbyists engage in risky behavior, but you are adding even more danger with your choice of drugs.
Tramadol is a controlled substance, and you don't want to be caught with any unless you have a prescription.
I have used V and C from India for the past ten years: My friend/relative buys them directly from Cipla. If I didn't have this reliable source, I would only take meds purchased from licensed US pharmacies.

BTW, I have been using carefully selected meds (including V and C) from India for a decade. My doctor, a prof at a leading medical school in Boston, praised me for using the Indian drug. The excellent results were confirmed by blood tests I took every six months. I always prefer to use meds from a licensed US pharmacy, but the ones I needed were expensive and not covered by insurance.

One side effect of V and C is the lowering of blood pressure. Taking an allowable daily prescribed dose on two or more consecutive days might bring your blood pressure to dangerously low levels.

I first started buying Tadalafil (Cialis) from a Canadian mail order pharmacy in 2010. However, now I use GoodRX and get them quite cheaply with their information.

As I said, my vet gave me a big bottle of Tramadol for my dog. And I don't have a prescription for it. Is everyone w / a dog at risk?
So, I want to hear about all of those other safer and more effective drugs to last longer.

What is in grapefruit that affects drug metabolism is a compound, which is an inhibitor of an enzyme called Cytochrome P450 3 A4. This enzyme does metabolize V and C. Inhibiting the enzyme w / grapefruit (juice) does cause them to persist longer. I personally find that C is pretty persistent anyway. So yep. Many drugs are subject to this issue.
I am not a physician but I work in a field closely allied to this.

I take it due to the medical report that those that take viagra regularly have a much lower incidence of dementia or Alzheimer's later in their life. I don't know if that is true any more since I see conflicting medical data on it. My mother died with really bad dementia / Alzheimer's and I don't want to have that happen to me, so that is why I became a regular taker a few years ago. I have not had any blood pressure issues since I started regularly taking generic viagra. I also take BP meds due to high blood pressure. This info is worth exactly what you paid for it.

Viagra tablets are available in 25, 50, and 100 mg strengths. The same compound is available as 20 mg tablets with the brand name Revatio. Revatio is FDA-approved to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH).
