Instead of a doctor being able to phone in a refill for a prescription, now the patient has to visit their doctor each time they need a refill. Add the cost of the doctors visit to the cost of the prescription and the heroin is cheaper and much easier to get. Raleigh idiots for you.

I'm not a doctor but here's the skinny on the H. Yes, cheaper but no more potent or not than in the past. It's cheaper because of the vast supply. The reason people OD are at least two.
