BBFS risk is much higher than BBBJ
Any of you guys out there BBFS? I'm strictly covered, just wondering why anyone would take the risk? PM me with your thoughts, if you prefer that to open comments. Post below brought this question to mind.

Testing results) and a reasonable upcharge. I can tell she does take good care of her health and I believe she is not teaching guys a lesson by spreading illness. The thought of creaming her and then ask her to clean me up by her mouth is a compelling one. But even my little head said no. Some HPVs may not manifest for a long time when they have already gotten into the body. Well, the fact that she told me who else likes to BBFS her also helped me think straight.
Long time no see Charmo.
Short term pleasure not worth the long term consequences!

Long time no see Charmo.
I recently went through this, but not by choice! While in another town on business I saw a well-reviewed provider.
3 minutes into FS the condom broke. Idiot me, who hasn't had BB in ages, didn't realize it. I thought she just used a lot of lube and was a tight fit! We discovered latex failure when I pulled out to change positions. Talk about putting a damper on festivities.
So far no overt symptoms have shown up, but we all know some of these STDs can be asymptomatic. I just finished my first round of tests and thankfully all came back negative. Now in another few weeks it's another test to confirm negative for Syphillis, then another 2 months to confirm negative for HIV and HSV-2, genital herpes.
If you're married or have an SO, the stress isn't worth it, IMHO.
As always, be careful!
BBBJ risks. A practical consideration
A couple of quick thoughts. It's true that BBBJs are, in terms of health impacts, a less risky practice than, say, bareback Greek. The risk of transmission is lower, and the STIs that BBBJs usually spread are mostly treatable and generally not life-impacting.
But outside the health angle, a scary scenario is this: you contract gonorrhea from a BBBJ and while it's still asymptomatic your SO contracts it from giving you a BBBJ. The fallout could be catastrophic. For this reason, I don't look for BBBJs, but to be honest, I have received "surprise" BBBJs and not stopped them.
DATY is extremely low risk but does carry a minute chance of Herpes transmission. Perhaps foolishly, I enjoy DATY, and my biggest concern with it is not disease but whether the sex worker does full service and will I get a surprise creampie. (Irrational, I know.).
