Early on I got taken a few times, I put up a fight once and got my ass kicked, they also took my watch and my whole wallet on that one. Cell phones were not popular yet so I didn't lose that.

Now I have strict rules.

1. I scout the surrounding area before letting them know I have arrived. I keep an eye out for out of the normal suspicious activity such as someone eyballing me a bit too closely. I can usually tell if it's just a dealer or male provider.

2. I never park where they tell me too. I usually park 90 to 120 degrees off from their directions, I suspect someone with ill intent would consider opposite if they don't see a car pull up.

Happy 2017 folks. Haven't been in these streets too much as the offerings have been garbage but made the dip recently.
