I've never had trouble getting a hold of her (sometimes she doesn't answer right that moment, but I am assuming that is because she has a client or something like that) and I just had one of if not the best session I ever had with her not too long ago. Now I would assume Kelli is like that still as well, but I can't speak from experience lately on that one.
