"Sugarbabies" / "Arrangements" Amateurs or Not?

Spent the last 48 hours in a coastal eastern state. Metup with a former UTR that I will call UTRFL1 that agreed to meet with me while in town. I am so glad we reconnected. Are any of you, like me, annoyed when you send a girl a message on SA and she seems to have been on the site (you can tell this by favoriting her) but your message wasn't read? Take a look at your own inbox. The first 40 or so characters of the message are visible in the inbox. Since some of these girls literally have hundreds of messages when they return to the site after a pause, it is crucial to catch her eye in those characters so she clicks on the message and opens it. I have some standard blurbs I send girls, but I have been messing with the order so that the words that show up there are intriguing. I have no statistics on whether this is helping, but its a thought.

One of the SB's I met in 2016 logged onto her SA account and showed me how she had over 130 views and 40 messages in less than 24 hours. Maybe a lot of the views were from guys without paid memberships, but still 40 messages is a lot to sort through. I am convinced the ratio of SD's to SB's is not 1:8 anymore or whatever they were advertising back in the day. I think it may be closer to 1:1. The word is out on nearly every city board on USASG that there are women willing to bang on SA. With the Backpage escort listings being shuttered, a higher percentage of pros will be heading over to SA to market their services. This in turn will attract more johns as well.

My favorite part is about 45 seconds in, when the female journalist says something I've often thought to myself when I look down at my erection: "It cums, but at what cost?"

It doesn't surprise me that they then start to spin SBs as helpless victims exploited by a new trend, possibly victims of human trafficking, or at the very least naive enough to think that sex is not an expectation, and then "forced into compromising positions" because the SD expects sex. As if they somehow were accepted to college, but somewhere along the way never figured out that guys like sex. Some women's rights group should go after her for insulting the intelligence of all females by portraying them as complete stooges.

[/QUOTE]If they went on a swingers site the number of messages would be more like 100 to 200 in 24-hrs. But Jeez. Like it or not, for the girls this is a Business. Doing what you have to, even if it means 50 messages, is what she has to do. But from what I hear most of the competition are knuckle draggers and it takes 30 seconds to determine that and discard 80% of the messages. So is 20- 40 minutes too much for a SB to have to do to find the right one? Oh WAIT! I forgot- they should be so wonderful that THE GUY just falls in their lap, with no effort required.

The girls with any brains or networks have figured out that the W4 M sections are still open and it appears as though most of the girls have migrated there. Who does not appear to have migrated are those marginal girls that were clearly streetwalkers that were "slumming" on BP as a way to try to make more $. Also I am starting to see other sites pick up activity, so there is some spreading out of places to go. But either way, part of the "job" of a SD is to ferret out the Pro from the true SBs on SA. If it was only paying members and you assume the average monthly membership between 30/90/180 and year memberships is $60 $ that would mean SA earns $360 million per year in membership dues from SD's alone. Not including advertising and additional services that would be a pretty incredible number.

I just found a reference to SA making $30 million in revenues on the Web. If you assume 50% is from advertising and other services, then that says maybe less than 5% of the ~500,000 SD's are paid members at any one time.

I recently let my SA membership lapse. If I decide to renew again is there any advantage of going with a newer profile? I suppose SA might force me to create a new email address as my existing email still has an active account with SA?

Or what if I delete my current account. Would I then be allowed to create a new profile with the existing email address? Just want to consider your inputs before I decide to renew my account.

One advantage that I have found is that it gives you new opportunities to connect with babies that didn't necessarily respond positively to the other profile. I've had sbs that wouldn't give me the time of day on one profile jump all over the second one. I'm still honest in both of them so I'm not trying to trick them. They may be worded differently but still say the same thing. I do use different photos on each and keep notes on which SB responded to which profile. I would say do what works for you but as for me well I'm having a lot of fun.

Even if you deactivate, they come back to life just by logging in with that email address. For that reason, your account is intrinsically linked to one address. If you want to do a new profile, you need a new address. I've been looking at women's profiles in my area long enough that I recognize gals whose profiles say they've joined a week ago. Frustrates those of us who sort by Newest to find the newbies we have a chance of molding.

If you are concerned about security and do want to delete an account, it is believed that you can take out the photos and change the text, options, etc to other stuff, and the only thing SA will have will be what you've given them. That bashes the risk of an Ashley-Madison like hack from exposing any personal info. Some guy said he changed his old profile to a 5 foot tall Egyptian w/ 100Million net worth and was still getting girls messaging it.

A few months ago I started to notice that a baby I'd been seeing for over three years was acquiring some very stylish new furniture and electronic equipment, despite the fact that she is a grad student and works a part time job 25 hours a week. Being no idiot, I assumed that she had another SD or two on the line, which I have to be honest and say did not bother me. She and I have been seeing each other once a week on average, and the sex is still off the charts. In addition, we have as close, comfortable and as approximate a "real life" relationship that this sort of thing gets. I have true affection for her, and believe she feels the same for me. Plus, she lives about a mile from me, so meeting up at her place is laughably easy and convenient, and at this point the sugar is minimal and not always called for.
