But what I really want to know is WTF does Ontological Empiricism mean? I looked it up and still can't figure it out.

Even if a price is negotiated it isn't illegal to pose for nude pictures, so a real "pro" would probably still get in your car after that, but LEO would NEVER GET IN A CAR. So once the "pro" is in the car and you are driving off then you can get to what you really want.
As it has been said man times before LEO won't endanger an officer by allowing her to get in a car. So I always offer a ride and don't mention any type of money or price until I'm moving. If she won't get in leave her where she stands is my motto.
