I've dated many AMP providers in my 15 plus years of hobbying, but I personally go in the relationship knowing I would never strictly date just one girl or marry any of them. I researched it and found that CBD actually can give you energy and others were having same experience as me. For relaxation / sleep CBD works best when combined w / THC. That it's the THC that might enhance sleep. I don't know the first think about MJ, other than that I've been told that CBD may not be the way to go. Good luck!
