Driving South through the area and it looked like as good a place as any to rest. Can't find this type of service in East TN anymore. Consider yourself lucky if you get anything more than a self service handshake. Met with Sunny or Sunshine, can't remember exactly the name but close. Older lady and not exactly a looker, but still a spinner. Tiny and that's a nice change from TN as well. It's almost like they charge by the pound and want the rate to start above $200. Took advice from previous posts here and offered the going rate. It was met with resistance, but as I started to put the tip away things changed rather quickly. I wouldn't go out of my way to return but it was a nice change for a weary traveler passing through.

There are plenty of places that provide a hell of a lot more than a self serve HS. You are correct about the prices. $$ for FS at most place but that seems to be a starting point for negotiation with the girls here. You either pay it or walk! 99 percent of the time they come down to $. 6 or $. 8. The fact you have 2 posts and complaining is hilarious. Asheville AMP's are doing the same thing. My last 2 visits to Kingsport was with a girl with a rose tatto on her stomach and she's a wild thing. I don't ever ask names anymore because they move around too much. There are plenty of hot girls in east tn area. You just can't let the other head make decisions.

I'm meeting an independent massage therapist at a hotel in Asheville. She chose the hotel, as I believe she's staying there, but it's a safe hotel as far as I know.
I've never done this kind of thing before, so I'm both excited and nervous.
What things should I do to try to be as safe as possible and avoid being ripped off?

About a month ago I went and visited Missy Bliss. Texting was a little slow back and forth but after the details worked out everything went just fine. Great massage and finish and I would repeat but it appears she has jacked her prices up $50 which would be too steep for me. She did say she was planning on moving out of ASheville so if you are wanting to go see her might want to do it soon.
