Has anyone been to Scarlett's (formerly Hollywood) yet? Just seeing what has changed and if it's worth it before I make the trip. Wondering if the atmosphere and privates have loosened up a bit. With it being new ownership, it may be too early to tell.

So I went back in the SC timeline to find Autumn sighting back to 2014, and on some other web sites with dates back to 2006 for an "Autumn" not sure if the same one or not, that would be a long time and she didn't look over 30.

While I completely dug her look, her WP handshake was weak at best. I should have gotten some stage dances first as went to the beads cold. I chose Autumn because I liked her looks not because she got me all worked up. That was my mistake, if I do make it back, and I hope I do, I need to find some more frisky ladies who raise my temp. Seeing as the reports on Autumn not allowing much touching, I'll have to go elsewhere, it's just that none of the black ladies did anything for me that day, just too big, everywhere.

Anyways, I'm at awe with what you guys have in Illinois, forever jealous. I'm glad I didn't complete wipe SC's off my list when I switched to SW's, it's just the MN clubs are terrible in comparison. I've been to the big, glitzy clubs around the US and that's great and all if your 20 and like that scene, but it got old in my 30's. I've been to some seedy dives like in Phily, Dollies isn't really that terrible to tell you the truth.

PS - I never did get my thumb in a dancer's ass, fail on my part, but I'm guessing Autumn would have had none of that based on other reports. Next time then! ;)

NB.[/QUOTE]I grew up in the Mexico SC, and let me tell you, You ever get to South Dakota, get your GPS out and type in Lesterville, SD. Closest place to Mexico SC I have ever been in the US. Yes I do enjoy Washington Park on occasion, and you will find a Gem in any one of them if you hit the right day and right time of the year. Autumn may look good, but her attitude is just not that fun. Glad you enjoyed your stay, I will have to try the SC in Minnesota my next time up there, but know not to be impressed. But I was "ambushed" when I got there and didn't see anything else I liked, plus she is close to my type.

Lesterville SD? The forum's for that area don't say a whole lot. I've been to Tijuana (Adelitas Hong Kong) and those places are pretty crazy, I can't see anything in SD being close to those. But I won't know until I try it someday.

There's only a few Mpls SC's that I haven't been too, guess I just gave up after being in a lot better erotic clubs and finding out about SW's. Hell even Iowa has a hands on titties policy which I do, and have, appreciated. If you do go, the one I recommend is Choice, obviously YMMV but don't have too high of expectations.

I'm going to have this weekend to myself and was thinking of going down to some strip clubs. I've always played it safe and go to PT's right over the river. I'd love to check out Dollies, but am concerned about my safety and driving there. More importantly, how is the place on Saturday afternoons?

Was also thinking of checking out the Hustler club. It's a little further, but looks like it's in a pretty safe and open area. Is this club and PT's over priced?

Any other clubs I should maybe check out? Does entrance to one get me in several?

Thanks.[/QUOTE]Dollies and Hustler are both in Washington Park and just a few minutes a part. Hustler is right off I-64 and the road by it has just been rebuilt and reopened. You shouldn't have any issues going to Hustler, just east of Hustler on the same road is the Hollywood Showclub which is rebranded as Scarlet's Cabarete after being bought by Rick's recently. There is no cover before 7:00 PM and the drink prices have been reduced from the Hollywood days so it is definitely worth stopping and checking out.

Dollies is further into Washington Park and fairly safe for a day stop. There have been incidents in the past but nothing recent. The main thing is to just be aware of things when you pull into the lot. During daylight it is pretty easy to scope things out. There might be a door guy standing by the door but that should be it. There is just a $2 cover and the drink prices are very reasonable so it is worth stopping and checking out. The parking lot is rock with just a few paved parking spots next to the building. There are craters in the lot that can tear something up if you are not paying attention and taking it easy.

Take a look on Google Maps and see for yourself, there's not much around there for lurking baddies to hide, especially during the day. I guess I was expecting something a whole lot worse before I saw it for myself.

Don't go with the mindset it is as safe as being in the boonies or else you will end up on the news. I am not saying don't go, just be in the right mindset and keepafe.

There's basically nothing to the East of Dollies with two large fields North and South of the road where Dollies is, it *felt* like the boonies and some small farm towns I've been to in ND. Obviously as you pass the dilapidated and boarded up houses and empty lots you are reminded that this is a low income neighborhood. I've walked across the US / Mexico border in the evening to Zona Norte in Tijuana, once, now that was stupid and scary. On the bright day with blue skies I went to Dollies, there were maybe 10 cars in the lot, I didn't sense danger. But danger can be anywhere, almost got mugged on the Pensacola beach once many years ago.

Suffice it to say, always be on your guard and take the WP locals advice. But have fun anyways!

Scarlet's and Hustler have the more upscale experience, Miss Kitty's more blue collar, Dollies, Blondies, Wiseguys, Cheeks, and C-Mowes are where "extras" aren't really extra anymore.

What is nice about Dollies is that while the quality of dancers isn't all that great, you are also able to negotiate direct prices and service with them and just go to the little booths and take care of business. Where at the others you are paying a higher rate for a specified period in the "VIP" room and negotiating with the dancer as far as what can happen for that rate. Dollies is much more budget friendly. The other places you wind up paying basically BP escort prices for the backroom action. The advantage over BP being you get to see the girl first before agreeing to anything and just the convenience of it compared to arranging a BP date.

I ended up going to Miss Kitty's first. Place was dead. Got there around 12:30 in the afternoon. No cover charge which was nice. Not very impressed with the look of the place or the atmosphere. Out of the 4 women that were there, only one really caught my eye. Unfortunately, she was hanging out with a heavy set guy, who seemed like a regular. Two of the women were in their mid 30's (nice enough but kept asking for a private dance or a drink) and had been dancing at Kitty's for over 10 years. Then, there was a slightly younger girl with a very pushy attitude. Grabbed my crotch and quickly asked for a tip, which I refused. She was not happy. Later, I went up to the stage she was dancing and let her dance for me and ended up giving her $10. I left shortly thereafter. All in all, it's a step down from PTs and man were they pushy!

I was planning on going to the Hustler club next, but noticed Scarlett's was just down the road. First impression was much better, although I was the only guy in the place! No cover charge again. It was around 1:20 in the afternoon. I immediately noticed the women were more attractive. A girl with brown hair and a nice body approached me. Think her name was Storm or Stormy. Said she was born in Arizona but grew up in Kentucky. I couldn't believe it when she said she had 3 kids. She was easy to talk to and even easier on the eyes. I paid $40 for a private dance, but probably should have sprung for the cheaper $25 bed grind. She said the bed dances are going away soon. In any case, she was pretty amazing and my excitement was certainly achieved.

By the way, I felt quite safe in the area, but then again, I didn't venture too far from the highway.
