As I mentioned in General Reports PCH is fertile. I had planned to roll and possibly scoop from the LBB track which I have in previous visits to SoCal. But I expected PCH to improve and it did; although Jenny's locale helped with this venue improvement. Here's why I expected PCH to have more and better gals on it.

There are more drug dependent people today, Obama Care, and unemployment rates. The war on drugs, if it is still raging, is a losing proposition. Every city I visit throws LE at the problem and after a "sweep" there are more and better gals walking than before. Obama care is leaving treatment behind so those that need help have less avaialble to them. So, they hit the streets to earn donations to support their medicinal needs. Finally, inspite of Washington's claims, the economy is not supporting citizens with a means to support themselves, let alone any dependents. More gals are using their money-makers to make ends meet. Of course about 90% of the gals I meet claim to use their donation for diapers. LOL!

I don't want to create a discussion or debate on any of my points. How the hell do you guys pick these girls out on PCH. I live in signal hill by Rally's and all I see from Cherry to about Poly H. S Atlantic, is nothing but cracked out girls besides tina that always hangs out at the JIB by LBCC.
