They won't bother you as long as you don't come off terrified to be there. Then you can get any kind of info you want especially if you are willing to buy them a cheap 40oz, this for free beer, will get you everything and all the information you want.
The problem is that everytime they see you they are going to want you to buy them a 40 even when you don't need info. You can handle that by making certain that they only get anything if they have good info or a decent SW to your liking.
Once established I have been warned about LE in the area, stings & decoys, SW's talking to LE, SW's in Jail, SW cheats, SW's too F'ed-up on drugs, SW's in LE trouble, & boyfriend/pimp troubles, and so on & so on. All for a 2 dollar 40oz cheap, high Alcohol beer.
This is how I find certain SW's in most areas. It works best in the warm month, but not the super hot days, and never the cold days. No one is out.
Once you get a rep as not being LE and a certain amount of trust working for you, you can get a lot. I even act like I am looking to buy some of the apartments building and have gotten FREE info, and SEX because they thought I could help them. Every now and then it still works, but I am better known now.
As CeeNote says drive around any area, and look for LE or LE trying to hide. If she is TGTBT then take extra caution. If she is true you might loose her TO SOMEONE ELSE while looking around, but if she is a decoy, then you will have saved more than you'll ever know.

Not as good a BBBJ as Getnati reported on, but....
Wasn’t really feeling very needy this afternoon, but had some time to kill, so I headed north on I-75. Yep, you guessed it; I was stuck in a horrible traffic jam due to the lane closings on the Brent-Spence Bridge. I finally get over to Cincy and head up Elm. It’s slightly embarrassing to admit why I have been driving up Elm lately – it’s because that’s where I picked up a young BSW named Keisha (post #1246) that I found particularly attractive and who won me over with her great attitude and friendliness. I saw Keisha twice but a couple of days later her phone number no longer worked and I had no way of tracking her down. So when I have nothing better to do, I cruise by the spot where I picked her up and indulge in magical thinking and unfounded optimism. Actually, it’s almost certainly best for me in every conceivable way if I never see her again. I liked her too much for my own good.
So I’m driving north on Elm and see a stocky, young BSW with purple hair. I turn onto a side street and she comes over to the car and gets in. I’m not real taken with her appearance, but her partially exposed breasts are a bit appealing, so trot out my usual opening line and say, “What’s your name, baby?” She replies that her name is Keisha. What? Yes, she says, “Keisha.” Of course, she is not the SAME Keisha I have been pining for, but she is in my car and the Keisha I was seeking is probably in Decatur, GA or some other unlikely spot. It’s the old, “love the one you’re with” idea.
This Keisha says she is 25 years old and has two children, ages 8 and 5 as I recall. I ask, “Did you grow up around here?” And she says, “no.” So I’m thinking maybe she is from Columbus, or Texas, or Nepal, but she says she grew up in Price Hill.
We head for a parking garage I’ve used before and she displays an almost total lack of conversational skills. She’ll answer questions, but never asks any herself. Never asks my name or anything about me other than to ask, “What do you want to do?”
I offer $20 and she accepts. Her skills are about average, looks about average, and attitude about average. If you are into stocky, young BSWs you can look for Keisha on Elm, but you should wait until dark as she said she is rarely out during daylight hours. (Don’t worry about her exclusively nocturnal habits; I did the standard vampire check along with the LE check.)
All in all, a pretty unremarkable episode and probably not worth a post, but I try to report on just about every scoop in case someone out there can use the information or, on occasion, the laugh.
Does Everyone Know That Soon
If you didn't know then you should know now that the whole area around the Interstate Motel will be gone soon, as in over the next couple of years.
They are moving people out right now, and the whole area will be vacant.
The City/State is going to straighten out the road, for progress, and everyone including the SW's will have to move elsewhere.
This will start to happen very quickly, once it starts. The whole road at the intersection may not be open to through traffic. So keep in tune, and know what is going on.
Once the progress starts, the way things are going will change, and the SW's there will have to move, somewhere.
I know the Police especially Dist. #5 will welcome the change. It will be less trouble for them. It may be better for US Too.
Time Will Tell
Thought I found my Diamond, But....
Spotted Julie tonight 28yo WSW on McMic midway between Industrial zone and Ravine and got a discrete little wave from her as I passed. Initial thoughts were TGTBT. I had never seen her out before and she just didn't look the part. It took me a while to get back to her and surprisingly she was still there.
Gave her the look so that she knew what I was up to, turned on my turn signal, but rolled a little bit further before moving over to the curb. I have been known to make those that are new to me do a little walking. My thoughts are that if it is a decoy they will need to maintain control of their environment and she will need to remain within eye sight of their visual survalience and LE doesn't want their girl moving on up the street out of view. She immediately crossed the street however and made her way up the street to where I had parked and she jumped right in.
Her first comments were "I am gonna be sooo embarrassed if you were not actually pulling over to get me". My inital assessment remained that she looked more like the girl next door and didn't really look like a SW: attractive, clean, make up, tan, nice clothes, smelled nice. We roll and once down the street she gets a handful of Lil Cee and allows me to enjoy going through the motion of getting to run my checks on her. Story goes that she lives across the river, has kids, a job, but is a PT'er who likes to come out on occaision to supplement her income. Okay... so far so good and then come the negotiations.
She is telling me how .3 to .4 is her usual for BJ and I tell her how maybe I spend more time on the street than she does and that my experience has shown that .2 is the going rate for this part of town. Well that didn't go over too well and the problem was that this girl was good looking and KNEW that she was, but I couldn't let on to that. Somewhat surprised that she settled for .25 but if she hadn't I would have had to have thrown her back because that was all in for me. This is where this story fizzles out quickly.
Having a SW with exceptional good looks is no guarantee of exceptional service and proved to be the case here. Rush rush rush and I did not like her rapid fire, jack hammer like technique that would only last for short bursts and would stop so she could check how much longer I was gonna need. When that kind of talk starts from the beginning it pretty much ruins it for me. She also did not catch when that had been the original plan discussed.
Perhaps she is able to usually command the higher amounts mentioned based on her looks alone and provided me the cut rate service because I offended her with my offer, but I somehow think it wouldn't have made any difference. She has digits because she was immediately on the phone before I could even wipe up, but I had no interest in any possible future meetings with her.
Ceenote's side notes: Spotted a red head at the bus stop at the bottom of Straight St along with two others a couple of nights ago (none of them were known to me). All three were decent looking but looked more like they going out to hit the bars together than working. Red caught my attention because it made me think about what J-me might have looked like a few years ago. Tonight spotted the red head closer to MLK, wearing a dress, heels and a long coat. She was holding the side panels of the coat and sort of flapping her arms to draw the attention of passing traffic as she was sort of in a particularly dark area of the street. She had a black handler moving in the same direction on the opposite side of the street. Seems like a while back there were mutiple Red's around, but anyone with any knowledge on this one?
