For all new mongers out there, I know a lot of you don't know the "rules" when calling a provider/ meeting a provider. So I feel the need to put them up. I just got 2 calls back to back, and both obviously didn't know how to conduct the phone call.
1. If rates are listed in the ad, don't ask about it over the phone.
(It makes me feel as if your trying to get me to say something over the phone. Which later could be use against me in the court of law)
2. Don't use words like "cost", "money", and "pay" EVER.
(Girls list them as roses, diamonds, and donations for a reason)
3. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don't discuss what services will be provided over the phone.
(Thats a convo that is supposed to be saved for in person. Due to legal reasons, we cannot say anything to do with sex. That way we are not contracted to do something specific.)
4. The question "are you a cop? ", truly means nothing.
(A cop trying to catch you doing something illegal, can say no. I suggest you check out the reviews on a provider. Or TOFTT.)
5. When in person, please follow her rules.
(Failure to do so, if you had a good time, will make her not want to speak with you again.)
6. Please keep in mind, that we have other appointments.
(Wanting to talk afterwards, with some providers, may be fine, but please ask if they have anything scheduled after you.)
7. Please notify a provider if your running late, or if you arent showing up.
(I ask that you treat appointments like doctor appointments. You wouldn't like it if a provider did it with you.)
8. Don't ask if a provider can do a certain amount of time for less money than listed in her ad.
(If you can't afford the girl, or the time, don't CALL!)
9. If a provider doesn't answer her phone, PLEASE don't let your feelings get involved.
(As one of my clients stated to me, we sell you folks a fantasy, and it isn't intended to be anything more than that. Lets just have fun together, explore our own physical needs, and keep it at that.)
Look guys, in this society, we all need to be careful with whom we choose to C. If you guys don't take these guidelines to heart, than you could potentialy screw up any chance of seeing your fantasy girl. Not to mention it makes me paranoid, and makes me not want to see anyone. For fear of meeting up with a cop, or someone thats not mentally stable.
That being said, this is MY opinion, and I ask that if any of the other providers have input, list it down. This will make for good conversation, HAPPY HUNTING.

Your statement here is very well taken and I know you providers will want these rules to be followed. I admit that I've broken them and from my experience here is why:
#1: "If rates are listed in the ad, don't ask about it over the phone."
I usually follow this rule but providers shouldn't upsell at the appt either. Many of them do and many have teaser rates. When you meet with them they said that teaser rate is only for a HJ and not FS.
#2: "Don't use words like "cost", "money", and "pay" EVER."
What words do we use? As a customer, I need to know how much to bring. What if I came to your place with only .2 in my wallet. I know your advertisement states your prices but with some providers don't and some upsell at the appt. Therefore, we as customers need to know how much to bring or else you get short changed.
#3: "PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don't discuss what services will be provided over the phone."
The reason we do this is because, as I mentioned in #1, a lot of times provider's teaser rate that is advertised rate is only for a HJ when the advertisement says that they provide FS. Therefore, I want to know what I'm getting for the price advertised so I don't waste my time going to meet with them and getting short changed.

Are you saying that customers ask this? Because I never asked it and I get this question asked to me by so many providers.

This also applies to providers when they advertise. If a provider advertises GFE they shouldn't have restrictions but many do when you actually get meet with them.
#6: "Please keep in mind, that we have other appointments."
We don't like it that providers are clock watchers because they have another appt right after. So keep that in mind. We pay for your time so don't try to cut us short.
#7: "Please notify a provider if your running late, or if you arent showing up."
This can go both ways. There are many, many times when I get there and the provider is not ready and has never notified me. There were some reviews that you got there late also so keep that in mind. For example, if you set a doctors appt at 9:00 and actually meet with him at 9:30, would you be mad? Well, when this happens to us as customers of you and other providers and we get mad also if you're running late and don't notify us.
#8: "Don't ask if a provider can do a certain amount of time for less money than listed in her ad."
I tend not to do this but on rare occasion I have. But on the flip side, we as customers don't like it when the provider asks for more during the appt for other services that she advertised that she will give. Hence, we will do the opposite by asking for cheaper prices.
#9: "If a provider doesn't answer her phone, PLEASE don't let your feelings get involved."
This is broken so many times by providers. There are numerous times with providers that I've made appts with where I arrive at her place, call her, and she never answers. Therefore, I never call her again and I then start asking questions when I make appts with other providers.
Now you know why we as customers do these things. It's because we have been short changed by providers in the past. Therefore, you shouldn't hound on us because we do this. You should talk to the other providers and be up and up on the advertising you do.
Just my thought.

The rules are in place for two reasons. 1. To protect you 2. To protect the provider. Now I have personally experienced a couple of sessions(see previous post) with MS DeeJae and have not had any issues at all. No one wants to end up on the 10 oclock news. So here are a couple of rules/observations that I use that I think would be helpful to all.
1. Nothing is as it seems. A lot of providers say GFE, PSE, etc. If you get it then great! If not come and tell on that B***H for false advertisement clock watcher etc.
2. Always be prepared to walk away. Your local amp is right around the corner. If your spidey sense is not on while mongering then you are wrong. See to catch a predator!
3. The minimum is $$. Enough said!
4. Don't lump all the girls up together? Not every girl is in the same category. Some SWs, not all have found their way to the net and are posing as providers. However, you can tell by " I need you to hurry!" are you done yet?" Again Some not all.
5. Legitimate providers will give you what you pay for! The recession has hit everyone so most are trying to establish regulars.
6. Gotta have tough skin. upsell,not answering the phone, etc. who cares, what is 3 dollars in gas? If she upsells or something worse come and talk about that B***h.
7. Never talk prices on the phone, if you feel this as a must? Then something along the lines of money for time is appropriate. Not money for services inappropriate. Who knows who is on the other end of your call?
Again these are just a couple of observations that I have made. Life is full of rules, anything else would be uncivilized!

Everyone else, like I stated before, I didn't post the report to offend you, these are common rules, that almost every provider I've met follows to one extent or another.

I'm on DeeJae's side with the rules. Many of them are there to protect them, and us. If we actually decide to 'break' a few of those rules with the 'wrong' provider your welcome to get some really nice shiny bracelets, ride in a cool car, and have a nice room for the night.
I find her rules completely acceptable. Many of the good providers actually hold to the rules, and don't do anything that Hihon says. Its usually VERY easy to figure out who upsells. Check where their incall is located, if its Waikiki I'd say about 9 times out of 10 that they will try and upsell.
The last rule where the provider doesn't call or answer the phone. I've heard a few reasons for it. Actually after talking with one girl, she did say one gentleman took 'longer' than expected and its a bit difficult to talk when your 'busy'. How many girls get phone calls while your dating them. (During one incall, after the fourth call I asked the girl to set her phone to buzz. I think at that particular time, she was really popular, or had someone trying to figure out where she was.)
Also, when so many guys start to call a girl, they can actually get the phone numbers mixed up. Another girl I knew, she had requests from three or four guys during the date and ended up calling the wrong person. Another time, when responding back to a phone call she did got a 'female voice'. So she stopped calling back and expected her appointment to call again. Unless you REALLY want them to carry around an appointment book with your name and phone number, what time you'll be meeting... That little black book would be so 'useful' if it fell into the 'right hands'.
One last provider I knew, actually felt uncomfortable with how one of her clients talked on a phone. They have to deal with the same 'radar' that we have to deal with. If I am uncomfortable with a provider that I plan to meet. If my gut instinct says that, "This is about a 30% chance this girl might be a cop." when I'm at the door of a provider, chances are I'll bail. What applies for us, also applies to them. They are just as as paranoid, we give off the wrong vibe they'll bail as well. Why do you think some girls won't date someone they just met without a 'referral' from another.

For their safety and security, I think all providers should be able to have their own rules as long as they are up front with them and don't lie or misrepresent themselves (i.e. the telling you the rules after the $ is exchanged). So brava to DeeJae for being upfront. Bottom Line: If you don't like her rules, don't play the game with her... NUFF SAID.

Honesty is a nice dream but anytime $$ is involved let the buyer beware. Serious mongers spending $$ on this hobby should become members on one of the many pay/submit reviews sites (e.g. TER). These sites seperate the liars/ROB's from the quality ho's. Ladies with multiple reviews and good ratings should always be considered first and foremost. The downside is their cost can be higher than average but your risk of a ROB or unsatisfying session is diminished.
the only problem I have is I need to know what services are available and what the donation is; I don't like to go and see someone without knowing ahead of time what is available and how much roses are required.
If the girl don't want to discuss it, then, as I would say...."NEXT".

On a recent trip to an AMP...after paying MS and waiting in the room for girl to show up, I figured I would employ the talk and/or walk scenario. When the girl walks in, I start a little chit chat and politely ask if she has any 'rules'. I figure if she does, she'll tell me. If she doesn't or if she is evasive (the usual case), then I tell her what "I want".
"I love to eat pussy, it's as much as having sex for me. If you're not into it and don't allow it, that's totally cool and I'll ask MS for another girl. If you dig it, then we'll have a great time."
At that point I've had two things happen, Either the girl says "Wait a second..." and leaves. Usually another girl who allows DATY walks in five minutes later.
OR...she says, "It's cool honey, now let's get you in the shower."
I figure if she lies to me, I won't give her a good tip and she knows it and is motivated to leave. If she's cool, and is honest, she's half way to earning a good tip. Simple.
