We made plans, she no-showed, then she texted a few minutes after I had left the meeting spot, apologizing profusely. She didn't ask for anything up front, her messages have been coherent and engaged, and I haven't seen any obvious red flags except for the no-show. I'm wondering whether to try again.

If she is willing to meet without anything up front, I think it would be worth giving her another a shot.
