I don't think anyone objects to that.
The difficulty arose because someone recently posted a photo of the door of an establishment that (a) does not advertise and (b) offers a wider menu than some. The timing also immediately followed the closing of another UTR spot.
Obviously if a place advertises, a link to an ad is a reasonable posting. And I am under no illusions that police could do the same research to find locations if so inclined. But if discretion is part of the business model, they have no reason to. No complaining neighbors. No indignant communities. But when traffic shoots up and no hobbyists become well aware, it changes the effort-return calculus for LEO.
I highly doubt someone posting an address of an AMP here is going to alert any cops on this board (if they even waste their time here) to start an investigation on a place and bust them.
And what's the difference from explicitly posting addresses and the stuff that you would rather go on, such as linking an ad that gives name and address. Or describing it vaguely that makes it "more difficult" to find.
If mongers can sift and search through a few vague posts to find these places without the explicit address callouts, then guess what, cops can rtff as well and find a place with the vague description posts.
I'm not saying I will be blasting addresses and giving MapQuest directions out of anything, mainly because I'm bitter and I had to do the research, so any newcomers will have to just do the research too LOL, but I'll still link ads that have addresses.
Help with search function
Could you senior member search guys please help me. I am trying to get around this damn thread search where it tells you the search thread is trigger too short or too common of a word. I tried enclosing it in quotes, then it just returned no results.
I was trying to find posts on Yue Yue, and I tried searching with that spelling and Yu Yu. Both had the issue above and no results when enclosed in quotes. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure I remember a couple posts on this place.
