According to the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts 2 women and 1 man was arrested for prostitution on the 9th. And 1 of those couples also charged with Public Indecency. And today 1 woman charged with Prostitution.

I may have dreamed of a young woman who lives / lived in this building. Not sure if this incident involved her but if so, I hope she is okay.

It was not her involved in the incident. Downstairs neighbors. She confirmed. Still horrible.

Saw in the paper today Cierra from Hamilton has been charged by grand jury for charges relating to the hobby.

The prosecutor's office draws up the charges they want to actually proceed with and presents them formally to the court. They also usually present if they want to recommend any sort of deal or "program" participation, or actually push for jail time. The judge decides which charges to accept, almost always whatever the prosecutor recommended, unless you have a really good lawyer (I. E. , not a free public defender) who has pushed for some or all charges to be dropped. The judge sets a next hearing date and that's the end of that. There's no actual twelve-person grand jury like you see in the movies.
