There was some collateral damage. I know at least one victim (maybe the survivor) was coming out of another business (the Cherokee County location was in a strip mall).
O.
WSB had his daughter on. That was the Latino male in stable condition.

Maybe a nugget of humor:
"Bottoms said spas targeted in yesterday's shootings are legally operating businesses and have not been on the radar of APD. ".

Shut them all down and the girls will be back in the streets in droves. I know you don't compare massage workers with streetwalkers but guys are going to want relief and if one type of business gets out put out, you find another.
You are right on point Sir. How many law enforcement and elected officials visit these places?
Like most things political. They are walking a very fine line. I just pray something like this never happens again. I truly mourn for all the victims and their families. May God grant them Peace.
I don't want to see anyone hurt like this at all, never ever. I feel so bad for these girls who passed, I also feel horrible for all the girls at other parlors that are now scared to work, one parlor which I am fond of was closed today, they are mourning the loss of their fellow countrymen, and massage workers and dealing with the sadness. Nobody will forget this, but it will take a long time before the sting starts to lighten.
Hell, I was still in the Army and stopped at a Notel near a different large Army base and called up some company. After having a grand old time she kinda looked at me and asked if I was in the Army and I said yes, stationed in Atlanta, why? She was an MP trying to make some additional income.
I've heard stories like that but never ran across it in the States; however, during Desert Shield / Storm, there were a few Army ladies raking in cash overseas as guys would pay almost anything for some pussy. One lady was caught with a duffel bag full of cash trying to get back to the States. Oops!
Robert Kraft the owner of the Patriots was recently caught up in a massage parlor.
A week later the case was "mysteriously" thrown out.
It took the government nine months to admit that they obtained evidence illegally. They were forced to admit this when the court denied their evidence admissible. There was no mystery.
It would be procedurally trivial to do a long term stakeout and gather evidence of crimes that occur that occur in a massage parlor or any other business. But it would be expensive and time consuming and there are other disincentives, some of which are mentioned in this thread. LE knows what's going on in these places, just as they know people are driving 80 mph on 285 all day every day. Government prosecutors know this too. And yet it continues because we as a country have long ago decided that there are other priorities.

I would not go on to pretend I don't know something. That looks stupid. She could have just left it at the victim blaming.
Atlanta gets a lot of business from conventions, although shut down now, it is expected to return. One draw of the city is the strip joins and spas for these convention visitors from places that don't offer these options. They are away from home and have some fun. The city has long tolerated these things because the business leaders quietly encourage it. The greatest threat to these places in their current location is the value of real estate has been steadily increasing over the years in that area and eventually someone will want to redevelop the property.
Wow. Did you ever see her again.
No, as I was simply passing through. I heard about the female Army Sergeant who got caught turning tricks in the sandbox. Her Defense? The pussy was free, the condoms cost $50 and the customers wanted to try them out.

Period. Any discussion on the topic needs to stop by the media, politicians, and LE. Nobody in any case deserves to have their lives taken because some dipshit is having a "bad day".
At some point at a later time, I do think it is worth re-examining why we as a society keep harassing these businesses and marginalize these ladies under some non-existent guise of "human trafficking". Consenting adults activities don't need intrusion by the state. Protect them, Stop harassing them! If the state won't protect them, then leave them alone!

One day I was over his house and his brother was their. He started talking about it and he said Kraft was cleared of all charges in a week.
I would rather take the word of someone who plays for the team the guy owns.
Stuff they put on the news is never accurate. Sometimes they drag things along for whatever reason.

We had several girls in the barracks with compromised morals. One would fuck guys if they brought a fifth of gin (trailer trash from Tennessee) to her room. I was tempted but never did it. Nowadays, with Cashapp and such, the sky is the limit and I bet there are tons of Army sluts doing that shit. If I were a young guy, I would hang out at bars that Army ladies frequented and try my luck.
