15th Ave Bookstore

Went to the theather around midnight and stayed till about 1:30am. During the time I was there were a total of about 7 or 8 couples. Only one was soft core playing with each other. The other couples would just come sit and leave.

I finally made it to the bookstore after reading about it for a few months. I was driving through Chicago and made plans to spend a few hours at the store on Sunday.

I arrived about noon and there wasn't much going on. About one a couple arrived. She was a bigger girl. They started playing and invited me over into the couples section. I ended up getting a decent blowjob from the gal. I decided to hit the road after that.

I should be driving back through on my way home on either Friday night or Saturday afternoon and see if anything happens.

I haven't been to the 15th ave ABS but I was going to go either this afternoon or tomorrow during the day. Are these bad times to go? I've been reading alot and it sounds like alot of fun. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I will be in Bolingbrook this thursday afternoon on some business, so I thought this might be a good opportunity to make my first visit to the ABS this board is devoted to. According to yahoo maps, I will be about 45 minutes away, but would be making the trek sometime in the late afternoon, somewhere between 3 to 5 pm(I hope).

I am in the process of RTFF, and based on what I have read so far, I'm questioning whether making the effort will be worth it. I understand that a female presence in the bookstore is basically a crapshoot, but if the chances are slim to none, I'd rather blow my 20$ entry here in Rockford than on the floor in just another video arcade.

I will continue to RTFF before thursday, but I didn't think it would hurt to ask the group. Any input is appreciated, including suggestions if a different detour from the day's trek may be more rewarding. I have the entire day free after my meeting, a modest budget, and the day begins and ends in Rockford.

AR, let me get this straight; you will junk Rockford for the Melrose ABS?

IMO you are better off in your home territory. Most mongers around here would love to have the menu offered up there in Rockford. come on, GZ, Lingerie shops, massage parlour (although not very good) and decent strip clubs.

Spend the $$$ up there and get the most bang for you buck.

On the other hand, if the likes of Femcar, etc are at ABS when you visit, well........

Nope, I'm not intending to junk Rockford. It so happens that I will be closer to 15th avenue than I usually am, and I've heard enough about it to have my curiosity piqued. Not wanting to waste my time or money is why I ask those of you much more informed than I, if any of you feel it's worth the effort of the detour from my travels to visit the bookstore. Right now I'm thinking that, given the time of day, and the general atmosphere from what I have read so far, I'm most likely to find a sausagefest and some porn.

I've been into enough ABS's, this one only has my interest because of the couple and female play possibilities. I'm more interested in seeing something different than I've seen before, than ensuring that my load is relieved. It's my opinion that you can add a spa and big screens and showers, pretty it up all you like, but a sausagefest is a sausagefest.

Artificial, I agree with you in the fact of trying to see something different than the norm. I live out of state, but when I am in Chicago, I try to visit the 15th at least once every two months just to see if I can find that needle in the haystack.

I have been lucky enough to play with Nancy when she was there, but have missed the legendary Femcar each time.

On the flip side, I have paid my entry fee and basically wasted my money several times. Big waste of money but it sure is nice when you hit the jackpot!

I won't jump into the dicussion of whether the ABS or Rockford is the better bang for your buck, but I will say that the ABS is very much a crapshoot like you said. Friday and Saturday nights are the closest to a sure thing for finding women in attendance you will find. Any other day or time it just depends. There are times that I have had a great time there on a weekday afternoon or night and felt it was worth much more than the $20 I spent to get in. Other times I have left mourning a couple hours of my life that I will never get back (and $20 poorer to boot). Bottom line, if you have the time and money you might as well check it out, but don't be suprised if it does turn out to be a bust. If you do stop by get the address for their group. Many of the women who visit post in advance. This is a good way to pick the best times to go if you plan to return.

When fine tuning my directions, I was surprised to find a second business at the address I understood to be the bookstore's address. The address I took to be correct, 2125 N 15th ave, Melrose Park. I've found the bookstore listed there and a construction and roofing company. Who is making the mistake, me or the mapping website?

Not sure of the address, but north on 15th off of North Ave.

Past the stop sign, another 1/4mile down on the right.

Look at the sattelite image on this google map. There are a couple of buildings on the East side of the street before it dead ends. The building with the paved parking lot behind it is the bookstore. If you are driving north on 15th ave, you will see the second to last building has a sign on it. It wil tell you to enter in the rear of the building.

It has been a long time since I have seen anything positive about Rockford posted. I used to go out there back from 2000-2004 luckily right before they cracked down on all of the most awesome AMP's I have ever found.

I went to Pine Tree, Rainbow, and another by the Mobile gas station, but don't remember the name.

These places always had young and attractive asian women who gave great massages and I had one named Poppy, or sounded like that, who gave me multiple pops and then would lay in my arms like a g/f after. Even got an extra body slide TS after for $$.

The best was I didn't tip and got great FS. I miss those places. So after rambling a bit, my question is are there places like that again?
