I had gotten to know her 10 or 11 years ago, when I met her when she was dancing at the Red Room. I found her to be nice, but prone to making bad choices. We lost touch after her most recent incarceration. Hearing this news today, I feel awful. I wish I could have helped Tricia, but she was unable to help herself. So sad.

Checking Google street view, it's a vacant lot surrounded by abandoned buildings. The poor girl was apparently executed, probably somewhere else, and dumped at that location. It's probably another drug related homicide, for which Baltimore is now infamous.
