Eye candy in Kalihi sure ain't "good-and-plenty", more like "milk duds". I'd say the percentage of Kalihi KBG's who are worthy of eye candy status is less than 2. So with EC being so sparse and a rare sight in Kalihi, I don't bother paying any attention to workers since 98.5% of them will be run of the mill providers.

In that general area is the nexus of remaining bars (compared to before WalMart came); Makaloa/Kapiolani, Keeaumoku and Sheridan Streets (which surround WalMart) all have bars such as Casino, Butterfly, Evergreen, Twilight, Business, and Camelot to name a few.

It is not unusual for men to become quite enamored and even territorial with hostesses; LoVerBoy is a term created by Oldee along those lines and others.

A hostess drink is $20, IMHO do not fall for the $40 ripoff; their justification does not fly with me.

Pay with cash, do not use plastic. Personally, I never buy a drink for her "friend"; that's $20 gone in 15 seconds.

If for example she's demanding a drink every 5 minutes, get rid of her.

There are enough bargirl tricks, dating back to before many of us were even born, to fill a pamphlet. Generally though, if you think you are being played, you probably are and do feel free to cut your losses at any time.

It seems a lot of girls take off on Friday night, so Saturday might have a good selection of girls as well as certain weeknights. Most of the younger ones don't arrive until at least 8 pm and sometimes as late as 11 pm, especially if they just came from a date with another customer.

Some of the hotter girls work on Sundays to catch the customers they were too busy too see on Friday or Saturday nights.

Busier than usual for Sunday. Twilight has new talent. Wangn bro held court with lady fans couple bars so didn't hang with him too much. Only the dog liked me, LOL. Damn, I'm really hungover. Only went out to save Figs from robs and going too many amp. Went Casino Butts Business Pandora Twilight and EG. Later went Waiks and this bar named Nashvillve and another SB with hags for dancers. Crazy charactors in Waiks. Anyone like play me pool? I still got it, lol.

Some girls try to get $40 / drink, don't fall for that crap! Some girls, known as ROBs, think you should buy them a drink every 5 minutes. If the girl you are with is only drinking 2 per hour, you are doing about as good as can be expected. Another tip. When you walk into a bar, if it is brightly lit and the booth seat backs are low, you won't get more than a leg rub (example: Japanese bars, Vegas III, Thai Angel etc). If, on the other hand the bar is poorly lit, with high seat backs and some private niches preferably surrounded by fake potted plants, you are more likely to get at least a bit of light play (examples: XO, Secret, Cheers Station etc.). Also, take your time before starting to buy drinks for a girl, see how much conversation you can get in before the $20's start disappearing from your wallet! If you are in a booth with a girl, the waiter or waitress will be bothering you all the time to buy her another drink. I always try to send them away by saying something like "we are in the middle of discussing that right now, I'll get back to you."

First time in a bar, I also like to chat up the bar tender and / or mama a bit first before talking to any of the girls. I'll decide when and for whom to buy a drink.

Not to say there is no play there, just don't go expecting it to be automatic. If that's what you want then you have to go to a AMP. But if you want the GFE conversation and someone to treat you like a sugar daddy then KB's are where it's at. You can kind of compare them to the strip bars in Las Vegas. On the floor they will talk to you, hold your hand, make you feel "special". All for drinks and upsell of "Private show" You go to the champagne room for the private dance but don't expect to get FS, BJ, etc. (Maybe a HJ over your pants or up your shorts. Haha) There are girls that play, some to get a drink and run (ROB) , and then some that PLAY. You have to use your game to get what you want out of each girl. It helps to know certain mama's that know what you want and introduce you to the right girl, of course this is more of a long term investment. Like the game all over the world you have to feel them out first, then discuss what you getting for your money. Especially before you go to the cham-pain room. Just remember these girls are professionals at what they do and most of the guys in the bar are suckas! If you spend $200 a night on her just think how many guys she has to support her $100K+ income.

If you don't want to sit with anyone don't have to, just cruise at the bar and check out what going on around. It is an experience you won't find in many places. The problems happen when the guys don't realize what the bar is about and really feel the KBG is sincere that he is the special one =LVB! Of course that is the goal of the KBG as these guys start taking them shopping, buying cars, condos, etc. They all want the sugar daddy.

You may ask how bad can it get? Read the forums and you will hear tales of guys blowing their whole retirement funds only to be left with nothing and the KBG moves on. I have witnessed first hand bill of $10K or more for a night of partying in the rooms. So while it can get expensive meeting some FM brothers would go a long way to showing you the ropes, if you not going act like one Haole, of course. So relax, most guys don't live on the boards and some are bombarded with PM's and others tired give out the scoops only to get outed by LVBs, Lurkers, etc.
