Apparently Brisa was locked up or something, well I've seen her by the 7 eleven across costco / walmart and last time was by the Lowe's spot. Go into where she was and see if she gets in line. If she does and is alone see if you can offer to pay for something cheap for her. If she goes to her friends, see if you can politely direct a line of questioning at one and ask the friend if he / she has seen one of the girls we mention on the board and say you owe her a bit of money (make sure it is one of the girls we discuss so they know you're familia). Give that friend one of your $5's. Knowing that the girl you're asking about isn't there, ask the girl you're curious about if she knows where to find whomever you mention and pay her a $5 as well. Then ask her her name and remember where you found her.

This is where it gets a bit complicated. You can either tell her friends somehow you want to talk to her and give them a bit of cash while saving $10 for her, or you can try to find a way to isolate her by saying it's loud and you'll give her $10 to speak to her (about whatever, like the other friend, etc.). When you can isolate her you can give your proposal.

Or if you got her name on another visit you can return to the Panera or the McDonald's you know about and ask anyone you find there if they've seen her.

Granted what got me in was literally paying 2 of the dealers $40 each and moving around from there. From there one literally went into a house (that got shut down last year) and introduced me to a girl who was actually super attractive and super cool too, who then spoke to other hotter girls on my behalf when I paid her.
