Last night I spent a very rare couple of hours at Anthony's and there were some very drunk bad-ass dudes there. I managed to keep my distance but eventually I bailed sooner then I might have otherwise.

I had become a little complacent lately, but now I'm thinking about where I'm spending my time a whole lot differently now.

I went to CS last Thursday hoping to find a beautiful blonde that offered me a hell of a deal in the VIP lounge and ended up meeting Sam, who is not blonde, but is very touchy feely on the private room couch. She gave great pant-covered head (no finish) and I even got a taste. Then she asked me if I wanted to VIP and dropped the outrageous price of $250. She did insinuate that that was totally FS, but WTF? So I'm here for two reasons, one to drop info that she was a great, if over priced strip club find; and second to ask if that's anywhere near the going rate for CS VIP. Escorts charge less for a half hour. Am I paying for the safety, or just getting robbed?

Second question for the hell of it: When a stripper gives you their real name, its not actually their real name, is it? I've got a few Heathers, and I'm now assuming that's the Britney/Ashley of stripper names. I know I'm sounding naive, but I'm new to the strip club aspect of this game we play.

More criminal acts take place at convenience stores than at strip clubs. Are they going to shut those down also? Once again Springfield won't go after the real root cause of their problems. Either the cops are afraid or the decision makers are just plain stupid.

It's no coincidence that when Michael Santaniello owned Teddy B's (the current 418) there were very few gang bangers "in da house" Michael Sr. And Jr. Just didn't put up with them.

Classic example. Scores at the X was a major gang hangout in the several months before it closed. They had to have metal detectors at the door, and still they had plenty of violence, inside the club and outside. The bar closes and the X Pub is less than 1/4 mile up the street. But after Scores closed, you did not see any of those shitheads in the X Pub. Ever. They just didn't, and they don't, put up with them.

Thugs hang out at the 418 and the Fifth Alarm, and to a lesser extent, at Mardis Gras and Center Stage, because management allows them, plain and simple. Card everyone, scan everyone with a wand, don't serve gangsta booze like VSQ and Hennessey, and don't allow certain types of clothing. Then you'll have a bar that mongerers like us can be safe in!

Close down 418? Well, that again sounds like such a brilliant idea that it might actually occur! How about pay the police more and give them a bonus for every worthless, downtrodden, toothless streetwalker they arrest? How about a double bonus for each precinct that leaves a robbery or rape of any felony unsolved for a year? Double bonus with a week's vacation for a decade unsolved?

I might not have a degree in criminal law, but I can spot at least a dozen gang members every day on my way home from work. And I would be willing to guess that at least half of them are packing unlicensed weapons!

I was going to go out last night and look around for a good time. I am glad I didn't now since you said there weren't any out and LEOs-a-plenty, Garthy. I have been having a bit of a dry spell lately. When I do go out I see nothing I would want or I see LEO everywhere.

So it wasn’t just me then.

Long time Lurker here, although I prefer to think of myself as a student of the masters who have posted here since I started RTFF a year ago or so. My location and situation do not allow me to go on the hunt very often and my forays into the field over the past year have had me coming up empty handed (so to speak).

I cruised Springfield last night from around 8 till 10. The very first thing I saw was a foot patrol. Then the cruisers. I saw a few SW on my way up Belmont but with Uncle Leo on my bumper I did my best imitation of a guy who was on his way somewhere and not taking in the sights. On the way back through again. Nothing. Lots of civilians out but nothing to stop for.

Cruised Hoeyoke afterwards. Nothing there either. Will try again tonight. Hope to have a proper post some day.
