If she's meeting guys in a sleazy motel with doors that open to the outside instead of into an interior hallway, he would just have to wait in his car in the parking lot, watch what guy leaves her room, then observe what car he gets into. Even if it's a nicer hotel, he could just wait in the lobby until the girl sends the room number text, see what guy walks alone through the lobby going straight for the elevators, then wait for him to walk out to his car 15-30 minutes later. I never park on site unless I know the provider and I'm confident that the encounter will be predictable. Another thing that I do is try to avoid the lobby if it's an inside motel.
