People see black and whites and they immediately get spooked and leave. This is exactly what they want you to do. If it's a bust, they're not going to let you notice them before they want you to. When it's just normal cop cruisers sitting in a lot, it's almost always just standard patrolling or they got a tip or two about the possibility of someone turning tricks so they post up for a bit to try to scare someone off. When you see them should you be extra careful and be sure not to say anything incriminating to the girl? Of course. Let her make the first move and prove she's not LEO. Once that's out of the way, you're in the clear. The cops would have nothing on you. You went into a hotel room and came back out. The only way they have anything on you is if you're a fool and say something to them about what happened.

Last service call visit I had, there was a bacon boy's car just sitting in a lot (it was a hotel complex. 3 different hotels all right next to eachother).
