When I'm driving around for work Monday and Tuesday I would see no one, but then I would see 5+ at one time. That was right around where I saw them too.

I drive Sin City multiple times per day as part of my job and see Swans all the time. Sometimes none but that just means they are otherwise occupied and someone will likely be back soon.
