Cindy is the "old" standard not the "gold "standard imo. She didn't charge me more than the old typical rate. So idk about all the upcharge talk. Her pictures clearly make her look much much younger than she really is. To me, she looks closer to 55 then 35 and her front tooth could certainly use some dental work and that's not meant to be a negative just reality.
