The Ashmont end of Dot ave is a much quieter, safer, more residential neighborhood, so there's less crime, and because of that, fewer cops. Also a much better selection of dark side streets and inconspicuous spots than the grittier / more crime-ridden end of Dot ave.

100% agreed. But I will go one step further. There is no reason to mention even the color and car / truck / SUV. How does that help any of us?
