Hey! 1st time poster!
Has anyone heard or seen action on South Ridge just before the Norwood exit?
Went past today and saw a an inviting girl on the corner who sat down on the grass bank to have a smoke. Nice short black dress and sort of gave me a look as I waited for the light. Opposite side of road another beauty also alone and checking the traffic.
Went back after finishing my job but they were gone. Sigh.
It appears that alot men were arrested today for Soliciting in Hamilton County.
It looks like alot of MEN have been arrested today in Hamilton County this afternoon.
Things on the street are changing so fast, and I am working more, is that I can't get into the streets at the times I need to be out. Via my good PM friends, I know the better times, it is just a matter of getting there, and they have provided a few good numbers and this is always appreciated.
Having good PM friends is far better than having reliable SW's, because these are the people you can really rely on.
When I have been out I have scored some decent luck in the regular area, during the the NEWS tome hours. It might just be the time in which many SW are coming from their evening high, and looking to get a last minute. One minute they are all out and then about an hour or two later they are all gone.
I saw Jamie a few time but she is looking extremely bad. The drugs have taken the last of her and she is now at the beginnings of the Skank level. Man she can still be decent, but she can't help herself.
The P/T SW's are not keeping minutes on their cells, so they are always out of touch. I have made some emergency stop over, but I really hate to just show up at anyone's home. Some have moved again and that makes thing really strange. Some have relative that live there, and they will give you the info forwarded.
One warning is that the rip-artist are back and they like to target white males who look naive. I has already begun, and money is the issue. Please take time to know the street rules, and avoid money up front. Avoid the Sad Stories, and all the other slick tricks of the trade. Learn to be a little more more "Mean & Tough" about everything. Most of all put aside your money, to spend, and don't flash your money.
Be careful of what you post, because the HEAT is on, and they do know everything and more than we know, but they use our post to narrow & target, an area, according to complaint, and need for arrest numbers and percentage.
Disclaimer: I have had only 18 months of experience in “the hobby” and have NO WHERE NEAR the knowledge and experience of some of the senior members on this forum. I am simply offering a distillation of some things I’ve learned, mostly over the past year.
What makes a SW “an ideal SW?” Skills? Looks? Low price? Attitude? Availability? All of the above? If you are looking for good skills, using an escort surely increases the odds that the provider will have good skills and will make a genuine effort to provide pleasure. But if finances restrict you to SWs, can you find one with the skills, looks, price, attitudes, and availability that make her ideal for you?
I know one part-time SW who will tell you that she “is a trick, not a call girl.” By that she means that she will perform a HJ, BJ, or FS, but will not kiss, caress, moan, groan, or give other evidence that she herself is experiencing pleasure or cares in the least for you as a person. In other words, no GFE from her, period. I once spent some time with her in a fairly nice motel room. I had provided her favorite alcoholic beverage (while she provided her own weed). Under these circumstances, she provided a nude body which was available for touching, fondling, intercourse, or DATY and, upon request, would provide a BBBJ that I found distinctly unexciting. She would also provide casual conversation and would, upon request, give you a hug. In her own way, she was an honest provider who made it clear what she had to offer. We never haggled about price and she was always friendly, but it was pretty clear that she didn’t care whether she ever saw me again. So how would you rate her? Would she be your ideal SW? She’s not ideal for me because of her lack of skills (poor oral and manual skills and no dirty talk) and her relative indifference to me as a person.
Another case study: I once went out of my way to help a BSW get a motel room registered in her name (actually, in her aunt’s name), so that she could keep the room after we parted ways. She seemed genuinely grateful for my help in this matter and seemed to enjoy our time together. At one point she gave me a big hug, looked me in the eye, and said, “I love you SO much!” Of course it is absurd to think or imagine that she felt any sort of real, mature love for me, but consider how it may make you feel when an attractive young woman, to whom you are sexually attracted, holds you closely and tells you that you’re wonderful and that she loves you SO much. Hard to ignore, right? Even though in this case it wouldn’t have been a “May/December” romance, but more like a “New Year’s Day/Christmas Eve” romance. So do you want your ideal SW to actually fall in love with you? Of course not! But I’ll bet you want your ideal SW to act like she likes you and enjoys your company. You know that it is really all about the money you provide, but just like the “willing suspension of disbelief” that allows a theater audience to become caught up in a play, you may be willing to ignore financial matters for the few minutes you are around her.
My ideal provider would 1) have good to great skills, 2) be available just about any time, 3) look appealing, 4) act like she finds my company pleasant and fun (in other words, at least a semi-GFE), and 5) price her services reasonably. Unfortunately, the SWs I have found who have appealing looks and act like they enjoy my company don’t have great skills. The SWs I have run into who have really good skills tend to be older and less physically attractive. With more experience I may find one or more SWs who rate highly on all five factors, but I am not optimistic about this.
I have come to believe that you probably won’t find everything you want in ONE SW. One may be reliable and have great oral skills, but might not be physically attractive. Another may be young, cute, and able to make you believe she likes you but might be short on skills or high on price. Yet another may have just about everything you want, but she never has minutes and can only be found now and then. So maybe we need to accept the fact that there is no ideal SW? Heck, even if we found her, within a few weeks or months at most, we’d be looking for someone new, right?
I made this post to provide a few insights and to solicit comments from those with more experience and knowledge. And if YOU have found that ideal SW, please send along her digits via PM, OK?

For the philosophers out there, in the escort context at least, I saw a post by Candlelight Kim of Connecticut once that seemed to capture things very well:
“Because we see each other on a limited basis, under as perfect conditions as we can both plan for, it creates an illusion, a fantasy world... something that is unlikely to remain that way, should we cross the line into real world dating.” “This is part of the beauty of it."
But the SW deal seems to be as much about the thrill of the hunt as anything else, so I don't know.

Nice quote! To me, the quote applies more to escorts than SWs because with most SWs, they fall pretty far short of creating "as perfect conditions" as can be planned for and usually do not help you "create an illusion, a fantasy world." The illusion/fantasy is the GFE or PSE that most escorts are at least pretty good at helping you create whereas most of the SWs I have experienced are woefully inept at doing so.

No matter how many unsuccessful forays you make, you always think that this time you might stumble upon that "diamond in the rough," that SW who has escort skills, looks, and attitude at a street price. I recall picking up a SW last year who told convincing stories about her years as an escort and the travels she had experienced in this role. But as she aged (she was maybe late 30s) she could no longer work as an escort and had resorted to hooking on the streets to support her drug habit. The thing that made her story believable was that she really did perform at escort level with me that day, really focusing in on my feelings and pleasure and doing so in a non-rushed manner.
BF: Now you become a philosopher! Bravo. Some may find faults with your thoughtful post, but I applaud your candor about the 'hobby' and for your concern for the SW. You stimulate me to give MY five traits of the ideal SW, in order as they occur in the the encounter (they are very similar to yours):
1) ON THE STREET, ATTRACTIVE: Yes--some level of attractiveness--subtle in her street "look", no waiving arms, no haggard "ridden hard and put away wet" look. Make me WANT to make the stop.
2) IN THE CAR, CLEAN AND WELL GROOMED: No obvious sores or dirt, no off odor, clothes decent. We want some hint that they care about their health and cleanliness. And no serious geeking.
3) INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, CONGENIAL: Give me an open smile when you jump right into the car. Upbeat, "Hi--I'm Tricksie. What's your name?" Direct, friendly conversation in the car, soft sell on "quid-pro-quo." Does she know not to jump straight to "What will you pay for which?" But with no coyness about fees, "up-grading" of fees, or hidden requirements. Most mongers will appreciate this prelude to a GFE. A little conversation, but not too much talk, or twirling of radio dials, lighting up smokes, etc. Not a scheming, conniving thief.
4) EXXXCELLENT SKILLS: She is eager to know what you like, and provide it. Not too rough, or too rushed. Finger in the taint without asking. CIM. (After all, the skills are the central issue for most mongers...)
5) A GOOD ACTRESS: I like at least *some* hint of a GFE. She should at least pretend to enjoy your company, to engage you on some personal level. In a memorable trick, the slim, tall young SW, with a bounce in her step and a smile on her face, she took my hand and led me into the woods.

Made the Clifton, OTR, LPH tour today. The usual suspects on lower McMick around Elm and Race and on upper McMick near the Interstate; a couple on State. All are rough, older WSW. Lots of Leo. The only BSW I've seen recently turn out to be dudes when you get up close!
I see tons of HOT black women in OTR and PH, but few BSW compared to the demographics of those neighborhoods. What gives?

Thanks for providing your take on "the ideal SW." Mr. Boombastic provided a long and thoughtful discussion on this topic in the General Reports forum and I thank him here for his informative post.
As you say, the SW has to be somewhat attractive, and here in Cincy we rarely see real physical attractiveness in our SWs. Your comment about "interpersonal skills" is spot on. A smile and a little cheerfulness goes a long way with me and probably with most other mongers as well. And all of us are surely looking for good skills. It seems strange to me that really good skills are so hard to find, but that's been my experience over the past year.
And finally, yes, "at least some hint of a GFE." It doesn't take much acting skill to do this, but it's lacking in the majority of SWs I have sampled. I guess that was mostly why I was so taken with Keisha, the young BSW I mentioned about 10 days back.
By the way, I saw that deaf girl (described in an earlier post) on Colerain (near Hopple) today. She gave me a big smile and wave. I waved back, but didn't stop. Another tidbit: I spent some time with a part-timer last Saturday. I had asked her if she wanted me to bring an alcoholic beverage and she requested a bottle of Hennessey. The cheapest bottle of Hennessey I could find was about $31! But guess what she wanted to mix it with? Cranberry juice!!! I'm thinking that just about rules her out as an ideal SW! :>)
