A 10 year old who has smelled vaginas before?
I am a PA with several years in the medical field and believe me I know what a UTI, Bacterial vaginosis, and yeast infections are. I do not need google, nor am I trying to provide online health information like WebMD.
I was simply stating a trend that was not only discovered by myself but also by two of my dancer (stripper) friends. They have mentioned smells coming from their vagina because of consistent use of lube (scented or unscented) with different partners throughout the day. Think about constant lube inside a warm, wet, cave for 8 hours+ every day of the week. This cave already contains its own bacteria which would kill other bacteria and yeast cells from entering. But when mixed with constant air entering from intercourse, chemicals from condoms, and lubricants, then these items can change the balance of organisms in the vagina. Eventually creating a foul smell!
As far as using a douche or baby wipes, this has been found to cloak the smell at least for your companionship time. Once again this advice was recommended by my dancer friends.
Personally if I smelled any odor coming from down there I would not even bother with the woman untill she gets rid of this smell. (If it is a yeast infection then you cannot mask the smell you will need to treat the infection with antifungal tablets, ointments, suppositories, etc.) If it was a yeast infection then pain or irritation from intercourse would probably keep the escort from picking up your phone call in the first place)
Now I never ruled out the possibility of an infection but I offered helpful information and tips for avoiding this unpleasant situation. Thank you for also trying to be helpful and stating that a 10 year old has this kind of common sense.

MIAMI (WSVN). A Hialeah police officer who was caught with cocaine and drug paraphernalia over the weekend has bonded out of jail.
Hialeah Police detectives arrested Hialeah Police Sgt. Tomas Munoz at the Ernesto Motel on 40th Avenue and Flagler Street in Miami, early Saturday morning after they found cocaine and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
The arrest came after an internal investigation had already taken him off the streets.
Munoz bonded out of jail, Sunday afternoon and walked out with a smile on his face. He said the charges that included drug paraphernalia and cocaine possession are all connected to a love story. Munoz said he fell in love with a girl and that girl happen to have a pimp who set him up.
He refused to address the charges specifically. However, he did say he hopes to keep his job but that's up to the Hialeah Police Department.
When he appeared before a judge on Sunday, Munoz was advised by his public defender not to speak about the facts of the case but despite all legal advice Munoz started talking."With all due respect your honor, I just wanted to say I had nothing in my physical possession as you can see in the a-form," said Munoz.
According to the arrest affidavit, Munoz had cocaine and drug paraphernalia on him at the time of the arrest.
Before he landed in jail on Saturday, Hialeah Police said Munoz was already under investigation within the department. He had been assigned to desk duty with no police officer rights or authority.
Munoz will have to stay at home without police duty or authority until an investigation is complete."I deal with things day by day, man. We'll see how it comes. Maybe we'll talk in a week," he said.
Munoz did not say why he was already under investigation with the Hialeah Police Department. When 7News asked he said,"You'll have to ask them."
