Find you own style and what is comfortable for you. Some guys have a strict formula they use and some of the girls appreciate that. I prefer some of the less experienced girls, and they often perform better with a more conversational negotiation.

Never pay upfront. You are almost guaranteed to be cheated. Some guys like thrill of maybe being cheated or not cheated. Unless you are ok being cheated don't pay up front. If she insists don't go back with her and if she asks when you enter, then turn around and walk back out.
