That is most definitely a crack pipe. Crack is smoked out of glass pipe with a "bowl" on the end as well as straight piece of glass.
Pot is smoked out of more 'traditionally" pipes.

It would appear that BP is going the bitcoin route to avoid further legal entanglements and still make money.

Point well taken on no matter what type of pipe it is why post it. Like I said was not trying to get into a pissing contest or anything.
