PreP is the way to go if you have any raw / exposure plans or even the slightest inkling of being in a situation. Better to have 99% coverage (if done right) than the total anxiety fest of if the pep worked. At least in my opinion. Definitely wasn't a good feeling.

PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) and PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) are HIV prevention medicines for HIV-negative people, but they're used at different times: PrEP is taken before potential exposure (daily pill or shots) for ongoing risk, reducing risk by 99%, while PEP is an emergency medicine taken after potential exposure, needing to start within 72 hours, for short-term prevention.

Specifically for HIV prevention.

Doxy-PEP (I have it, its just doxycycline) is for sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as chlamydia, syphilis, and maybe gonorrhea.

The vldeo is a blonde and not as good looking. But remember, I just saw her one time and most of our time together, I was looking at the back of her head. I really appreciate the clarification. I was under the mistaken impression that it was doxycycline in addition to standard HIV PEP.

For years and years, I was a pretty prolific poster here and a monger out on the K. Was away from it for a couple years, and recently have tried to get back out there again. Seems completely dead out most of the time, I've had success like one time in maybe the last 10 or so I've been down there. Really it seems like everything changed after the pandemic. It's a more desperate scene, the women who (I assume) are out are in horrible shape and usually too high to even realize someone is trying to flag them down, and it's just overall more empty than it used to be. There were times years ago when there were almost unreal numbers of girls out, and some of them pretty hot. Now I wouldn't touch most with a 10 foot pole. Are there any times of day or areas anyone finds more productive? I've seen more girls out on Torresdale recently than on the K, but even that is iffy and they're nothing to write home about. I'm sure some sociologist could write a paper on this LOL, but it's startling just how much it's changed.

This looks like my last post of 2025, and probably for good on this forum because there is nothing to talk about as all the girls I knew are dead and gone. In addition to that, I got some intel that a reg I know very well has recently tested positive for HIV. She has been out there for a long time and it was only a matter of time.

I will stick with AMPs and will look at STG every once in a while. I did a date of STG in S Jersey 2-3 weeks ago. Had an ok time. She was cool and didn't complain and took care of me but I won't go back simply because she was basically no different then a street walker. She is deep in her habitat and on the downside of it now. 2-3 years ago she was probably amazing. Thats been my luck on STG. Its like they're all streetwalkers who found the internet.

Be careful out there in the streets everyone. It was fun while it lasted.
