Dollar Tree, yes a 7-11 and a sushi place. No, it's not challenging at all to find, and if you use the 405, conveniently located just a short distance from the on / off ramps.

For me, that is a major attraction, not having to wade thru an entire city just to get there.

I got a respond from them yesterday. It did take a bit of looking up for sure though the other 2 guys' information helped locate the place for me.
