I think the reason people may think they're one in the same is twofold. They write their ads with the same wording and they work out of the same house. Which ironically enough neither live in. Apparently it is owned by some guy with medical issues (hence all the oxygen bottles) who has stints in the hospital (unless he's actually deceased or on a rehab home) because he's never there and they're always available to host there.
