These girls get tons of calls a day most not amounting to anything. If they fielded calls from everybody who just wanted to check them out, without wanting to go through with the deal, they would be nothing but on the phone with guys asking tons of questions. My advice is that if you have a specific time in mind, ask to make an appointment for that time. If she can do that time, she will. If she can't she'll suggest another time.
Basically too many guys jerk them around. Be polite, ask about your specific time and be satisfied with your answer. Keep the call short and don't be specific about anything other than time.

What I'm doing is legit. I'm not jerking them around. Asking them for their rates is expected, and remember no matter what they say, 90% of them are skank hoes that think they are worth high class rates so rates are totally negotiable. The high class ones will negotiate too.
Afterwards when they ask when are you coming, just tell them the truth. An hour, two, couple days etc. I've never had a problem. When you actually see them be nice, treat them with respect and they'll return the favor.

If rates are high I will just tell them I am checking around as there are tons of options available. Had a few come back asking what I was looking to spend. Sometimes they work with ya and sometimes they won't.
