Several cars pulled over but looked like she was waiting for a date through phone connection. After bypassing several guys she gets in a red van.

Based on what I saw she appears to be only seeing clients who are repeats and have her number. Don't think she is walking the streets. If you see her try to get her phone number by approaching her because I don't think she will approach you if yr not a repeat customer. Good luck!!

Even if it's perfectly legal in the state in which both parties are from, the moment anyone is out of their home state, the AOC is 18.
