One thing you need to mention about her is if she is dope sick you will be a very unhappy camper. I know a few guys who have b/c me about her and she is fun if she is happy and a real pain if she is in need of her pills or whatever she takes. Who really knows what she is on.

Jamie definitely has a very cute face, but that is where it stops. Her picture does her justice, in real life under normal circumstances they are not firm and perky.

I had a dream about a girl named Nikki who was very friendly out front of the friendship villas/apartments on 59th and park.. Said she was over in the area now but the hospitality from law enforcement was far from desirable but had and only been on park for about a month or so. Not sure it was since her teeth were in pretty good shape and no needle marks on her arms anyway. Would say she was probably a 6. 5 on the looks scale which I find pretty good for a street walker. She definately not someone who sucks the glass dick. If that makes me a brave mofo then I guess I is.

Seems like the difference on what the charge will be is 796.07 or 796.08- is the arrested or if they are actually convicted.

Some of these girls that have had the 796.08 have showed there paperwork to mongers who have actually seen they are negative.

When you see a Prostitution while HIV positive Statute:796.08(5)/F

This charge above is when you want to be really concerned.


(2) A person arrested under s. 796.07 may request screening for a sexually transmissible disease under direction of the Department of Health and, if infected, shall submit to appropriate treatment and counseling. A person who requests screening for a sexually transmissible disease under this subsection must pay any costs associated with such screening.

(3) A person convicted under s. 796.07 of prostitution or procuring another to commit prostitution must undergo screening for a sexually transmissible disease, including, but not limited to, screening to detect exposure to the human immunodeficiency virus, under direction of the Department of Health. If the person is infected, he or she must submit to treatment and counseling prior to release from probation, community control, or incarceration. Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 384.29, the results of tests conducted pursuant to this subsection shall be made available by the Department of Health to the offender, medical personnel, appropriate state agencies, state attorneys, and courts of appropriate jurisdiction in need of such information in order to enforce the provisions of this chapter.

The sealing of a court order and related documents is within the authority of the court pursuant to Rule 2.051, Florida Rules of Judicial Administration. In light of the confidentiality attached to the identity of test subjects and test results for HIV, however, information received by the clerk of court indicating that an individual has complied with an order to be tested for HIV and the attendant test results would appear to be confidential and should be maintained in that status. Given the lack of direction in section 796.08, Florida Statutes, as to how such information should be treated once it has been released to the court, it may be advisable to seek legislative clarification on this matter.

According to St. Louis County police, an undercover officer arrested Gibbs at her apartment after she reportedly tried to prostitute herself to him while knowing she had HIV.

Investigators say Gibbs has been a prostitute for many years - finding her customers via curbside solicitation and various online ads. She reportedly earned $70-$200 for the various sex acts she provided.

Authorities believe she saw as many was two clients a day, four days a week, not including her "regular customers."

Gibbs was booked into the St. Louis County jail and charged with felony prostitution while knowingly infected with HIV. She is being held in lieu of $50,000 bond.

So far, two men who Gibbs allegedly solicited have been confirmed as contracting the disease."

Police encourage anyone who may have had sex with Gibbs to get an HIV test and to call the County Bureau of Crimes Against Persons.
