Arrest records / photos are public records even if person is not convicted so can be published. Whether this is ethical is a different issue and debatable. If a guy gets arrested for prostitution, newspapers can publish his name / photo. Later, he could have charges dropped or found not guilty, but that information will never make the news. The damage to the guy's reputation has been done and on the internet forever. Just my thoughts.

But that would require real police work and a real effort to fight crime. Not this low level bs. Even after fixing all of that there are literally some chick's who just don't want to work or be contributing members of society.
