What you will get at Bliss is the best in the area and you will have to go to Macon to get more. You want FS you'll have to drive to macon. OTC is never a problem if your a gentleman just don't assume and ask first so far I've never had a problem but only 2 that I wanted to roam. If you want more info on bliss, GL, or the spas in Macon RTFF lots of good feedback. I personally go for the half no shower.
