I believe that the age of consent is 16 yrs old in PA, however, it is only legal to be with them if you are 4 years older then them. Once you hit the 5 yr. range over,they can prosecute you for statutory rape. I would think most of us are over 21.

I always say " when in doubt, throw them out" It's just not worth it.

That's a mis·statement of PA Law that needs to be corrected for the sake of the peace of mind of my fellow mongers


The Statute in question is [b]PCS 18.31.B. §3122.1[/b] , which reads =

[b] § 3122.1. Statutory sexual assault.

Except as provided in section 3121 (relating to rape), a person commits a felony of the second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other.[/b]


The 'Four Rule Rule' mentioned by B·M applies only if the girl is [u]less than[/u] 16 yrs of age ;
girls over the age of 16 yrs are perfectly Legal

For those of you who like to play on the margins, this is my understanding of Pennsylvania law as it pertains to age of consent and taking sexual (nude or pornographic) pictures:

1. It is legal to have sex with a person 15 years or younger ONLY if you are less than 4 years older at the time of intercourse.

2. It is legal to have sex with anyone 16 years old or over.

3. It is legal to possess, distribute, or publish sexual photographs of anyone 18 years or older.

4. It is ILLEGAL to possess, distribute, or publish sexual photos of anyone under the age of 18 even though it may be legal to have sex with them.

I'm not saying this to start a fight or anything, but Cookiejar's posts are the reason I stopped posting.

Love them or hate them the reality is his posts have caused this board to be infested by lookie lou's and out of state mongers who get off on his photos and stories. He goes and posts some photos of a young hooker and the result is 20 posts behind it thanking him and talking about his post. (See below this.) Nothing about getting laid. No real reports.

His fans cite the increase in views and "reports" to this form as evidience he has brought to life. What they miss is the fact most of "reports" have nothing to do with the hobby. Hell half the reports on this board are "shout outs to CJ" In reality the number of "real" reports in the Philadelphia section is way down. Combine that with the fact all the non-report posts make the board awful to use from a user experience.

I've got a bunch of good reports from strolls, stripclubs, MPs, and non-pro girls I could post, but with such little true activity on this board other than Cookiejar I'd just be wasting my time.

The whole theme of this board has totally shifted from Jackson's mission statement - to share real, useful info about getting laid.

This article refers to california law, but I am almost certain that if the sw shows you a fake ID to prove she is legal then there is little or no chance you would be convicted. The main thing is ask their date of birth if you are unsure.

As usual, Hizark has weighed in with useless information. Worse, his information is WRONG for our purposes.

His information was useless because: a) it was about California, not Pennsylvania and after all, this Philly board and this whole discussion is only concerned with the local laws that actually apply here (laws, especailly criminal laws, can vary widely from state to state and anything about any law from California is utterly useless; b) his information was not legal, it was a few pages from some undated teacher's guide to a lesson about the subject and a layman's summary of laws in never a good guide.

His information was WRONG for Pennsylvania purposes because, if you read the Pennsylvania statutroy rape laws (I and a PsyberZombie have given you quotes from the actual law) there is NOTHING in the laws of Pennsylavania about a defense based on mistake as to age. There IS a defense as to mistake of the girl's age when it comes to possession of porn (the defense does not apply to the person taking the pictures but it applies to a person who possesses or distributes the pictures).

Couldn't agree more. Save the criticism for your wives or girlfriends. This forum is to share area info for the benefit of other mongers. I thought we were to post to help others play safe and applaud success in the hobby. It gets very boring discussing what-ifs and prejudge a fellow mongers actions. My comments and this post become an addition to the blah, blah, blah... I apologize!
