I seventh that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree and second (or third) the motion by the comrade monger.
In my book, this Ed Norton type is like the one that bitches and bitches about the sorry state of TV programming, but won't change the channel or stop watching the idiot box.
Shut your yapper, Mr. Ed.
I don't disagree with EVERYTHING you post, but it's like you have this vendetta against CJ, he can't post anything without you being offended or somehow negatively affected. I've been reading this Philly forum for a few months now and I haven't said anything cuz, like I said "if I don't like it, change the channel" but you got to stop being so whiney. Leave it be.
Elm
Hey Ms. Ed, you are a broken record.
Re : Age of Consent in PA
I believe that the age of consent is 16 yrs old in PA, however, it is only legal to be with them if you are 4 years older then them. Once you hit the 5 yr. range over, they can prosecute you for statutory rape. I would think most of us are over 21.
That's a mis·statement of PA Law that needs to be corrected for the sake of the peace of mind of my fellow mongers
The Statute in question is PCS 18.31.B. §3122.1 , which reads =
§ 3122.1. Statutory sexual assault.
Except as provided in section 3121 (relating to rape), a person commits a felony of the second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other.
The 'Four Rule Rule' mentioned by B·M applies only if the girl is less than 16 yrs of age ;
girls over the age of 16 yrs are perfectly Legal
Clarifying the age of consent vs pornography
As I said, the age issue got completely garbled here. See my posts 1256 and 1273.
For those of you who like to play on the margins, this is my understanding of Pennsylvania law as it pertains to age of consent and taking sexual (nude or pornographic) pictures:
1. It is legal to have sex with a person 15 years or younger ONLY if you are less than 4 years older at the time of intercourse.
2. It is legal to have sex with anyone 16 years old or over.
3. It is legal to possess, distribute, or publish sexual photographs of anyone 18 years or older.
4. It is ILLEGAL to possess, distribute, or publish sexual photos of anyone under the age of 18 even though it may be legal to have sex with them.
Statutory rape and reasonable belief
This article refers to california law, but I am almost certain that if the sw shows you a fake ID to prove she is legal then there is little or no chance you would be convicted. The main thing is ask their date of birth if you are unsure.

"Reasonable belief that the person is over age 18. “Reasonable belief” means that a judge could believe that I actually thought the other person looked 18. For example, if he or she had a fake ID and looked at least 18."
Re : Why I Stopped Posting
I've got a bunch of good reports from strolls, stripclubs, MPs, and non-pro girls I could post, but with such little true activity on this board other than Cookiejar I'd just be wasting my time.
It's better to light a candle than curse the darkness , S·S
