I was on a trip from out of town and wanted to check out some of the local SC. After looking over the Anaheim board, I decided that I should check out Flamingo. I called a Taxi and made my way over to the club. It was 9 pm on a Tuesday night and there were 2 guys just hanging out right outside. I went to the door and was just about to pay the cover until I saw this sign, "No Alcohol". Whoa. I need some drinks in me for this sort of action and I've had 0 so far. I asked the door guy if there was a bar I can go to nearby. He spoke to me with broken english not understanding what I was saying, but just told me to go to The Venetian, they sell drinks there. Luckily my taxi was still there and drove me on over.

My Yelp app gave me $5 off the cover, so I only paid $5 to get in. This place was empty. There were probably 5 girls working and 3 guys hanging out. The ratio was looking good. I finished two beers until a girl came up to me and started talking. I was really enjoying this club, the girls working looked like they were having fun, encouraging each other to dance and how to. I liked it. The girl I was talking to was hot, probably a 8/10. In her 30's, blonde, and nice tits. At first she seemed bored with our conversation, and even when I offered her a drink, she just wanted water. 3 drinks in, our conversation got better, and 30 min later, we then talked about getting a dance. I was surprised that she wasn't aggressively trying to get a dance out of me. I opted for 5 topless dances for 1. 0. Check out Paradise for mileage or Deja vu for price. If you are confined to Stanton area there is Tijuana's and 007 but can't vouch for either one.

Florida has always had the rep of having just about the wildest clubs in the USA but its always up and down depending on LE cycles. Certainly Tampa and surrounding areas are considered Meccas for Strip Club patrons. I had the pleasure of one pilgrimage myself years ago visiting friends in the area and it was off the hook. Plus unlike California, it was legal to serve alcohol in nude clubs. Don't know if that's still the case.

For anybody looking for some liquid attitude adjustment before hitting Flamingo or Sahara, there is a very cool divey Mexican sports bar right behind Sahara in the strip mall at Ball Rd and State College. Giant frosty mugs of beer from the tap, very friendly latina bartenders and waitresses, decent bar food and sports on TV. But this is no high tech multi-screen sports bar. Its a neighborhood dive with a couple of TVs showing sports. Definitely a chill atmosphere to alleviate your thirst. Some of the Sahara dancers hang out there on breaks and before / after shifts. Flamingo is about a half mile away. Also a sex shop right next door so you can arm yourself with latex if you think the need will arise.

The place in Tampa was Mons Venus. Had a few business trips that ended up there and it was like COI Paradise mileage with young models. Was quite a few years ago and pretty sure things have changed, someone from FLA can update us.

Yeah, almost all from the south with the heavy accent to go with it. Only thing though back when I was there the lap dance areas were all wide open. I didn't care because I'm jaded and shameless, but many SoCal clubbers used to private VIPs would mind. Not only that, the walls were lined with mirrors so you (and others) could watch all the mutual molestation involving yourself and your dancer in the mirror. Other clubs in Tampa and adjacent communities did have completely private booths. Last I heard Mons is still going strong though all the Tampa clubs have had their ups and downs over the years.

Stopped by late 2 Wednesdays ago. Seemed like they were ready to close. There were about 6 customers all on the back row and all occupied, saw an opening at the end and sat down. Cheap drinks Tuesday-Thursday. $10 bikini dances. Older dancers mostly. Half of them chocolate. No cover during the day. Not a high mileage place but cheap enough.
