The reality is that providers who offer BBFS and the clients who seek them out are all putting themselves at risk. You just have to ask yourself if it's a risk you're willing to take. That's how I look at it.
Getting tested is key, but keep in mind that HIV has roughly a six month incubation period. You could have it for months and have no idea even if you've been tested. Actually I've noticed some kgirls do BBFS with some and not with other guys, so you won't truly know for sure if when you the girl you are DATY just BBFSCIP someone and just because not with you maybe it's safe?
