Carnutfool, I think you'll find that Star has put on a lot of miles since your last visit, and "selective" is not a word I would use for her. "Stoned" is a lot closer; it's hard to get her attention. The reason being is that the new law is merely smoke and mirrors. They didn't actually change existing law a bit. They have always impounded the cars of anyone arrested while driving, whether it be a suspended license, a warrant for shoplifting, or propositioning a decoy SW. It used to cost about $250 to get your car out of impound, now it costs $500.

So really all they did is switch a few words around and double the penalty. You still have to be arrested for prostitution and the only way is to offer money for sex before the girl gets in the car.
